Terms of service.

1. Bookings & Payments
  • All bookings must be made through our official booking system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are listed per bay, per hour, unless otherwise stated.

  • By completing a booking, you authorize Alliance Indoor Golf to charge your provided payment method for the booked session and any applicable additional charges as outlined below.

2. Session Duration & Overtime Charges
  • Each booking grants access to a simulator bay only for the duration of the booked time slot.

  • If a bay remains in use beyond the scheduled end time, additional time may be automatically added and charged in increments determined by our system.

  • Overtime charges are automatically billed to the same payment method used for the original booking, at the prevailing hourly or prorated rate.

  • No additional authorization or manual confirmation is required once the original booking has been made.

By remaining in the bay past your scheduled end time, you acknowledge and consent to these additional charges.

3. Customer Responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their booking end time and vacating the bay promptly.

  • Alliance Indoor Golf is not responsible for notifying customers when their session is about to end, though courtesy reminders may be provided when possible.

  • Failure to vacate on time may impact subsequent bookings and result in additional charges.

4. Refunds & Disputes
  • All bookings are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Refunds for overtime charges will not be issued if the bay was occupied beyond the booked time.

  • If you believe a charge was applied in error, please contact us within 48 hours of the booking for review.

  • Any goodwill refunds are issued at Alliance Indoor Golf’s sole discretion.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling 
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least [24 hours] before the booking start time.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of payment.

6. Equipment Use & Damages
  • Customers are responsible for using all equipment properly and safely.

  • Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow posted rules may result in repair or replacement charges.

7. Assumption of Risk
  • Golf simulation involves physical activity.

  • By participating, you assume all risks related to use of the facility and equipment.

  • Alliance Indoor Golf is not liable for injuries, lost items, or personal property damage.

8. Changes to Terms

Alliance Indoor Golf reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website and applies to all bookings.
